Have the Listing agent keep it as a backup offer! You won't believe how many times deals fall apart ....so many things can happen, a problem with the inspection (sometimes what's a big deal to them it's not to you) or the buyer doesn't qualify anymore due to the increase interest rates) and if your offer was really good they won't hesitate to reach out to your agent.
